Purchaser agrees to the following:
1.The seller warrants that the above-described puppy/dog is a purebred Australian Shepherd.
2. Seller warrants that the above-described puppy/dog is in good health at the time buyer assumes ownership.
3.Under no circumstances will this puppy/dog be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility. Buyer agrees that he/she is not acting as an agent in the purchase of this puppy/dog and that the buyer will not resell this puppy/dog to any pet store, guard dog business or research facility.
4. Buyer agrees that the puppy/dog will reside at the home of the buyer, and will take proper care of the animal to insure its health and welfare, including proper diet, shelter, regular grooming, exercise, and routine vaccinations and de-worming. Buyer further agrees to never let the puppy/dog roam free and out of immediate control nor ride unattended/unsecured in an open vehicle.

7. If this puppy/dog is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said puppy/dog to Seller.

HEALTH GUARANTEE
The puppy/dog is guaranteed to be of sound health upon arrival. It is recommended by the Breeder that the Buyer take the puppy to a Veterinarian of his/her choice within five days. If, a veterinarian finds the puppy to be unsound, unhealthy, or possessing a serious genetic defect, a statement in writing must be provided by that veterinarian documenting said condition for Breeders’ veterinarian to review. Upon confirmation from Breeders’ vet of said condition, Buyer may return the puppy, registration and all of his/her effects to the Breeder and a full refund will be given.
If at any time up until the dog reaches its’ first birthday this dog is found to possess a serious genetic defect it shall be handled in the following manner: The Buyer must provide a veterinarians’ certificate stating the condition, accompanied by X-rays, full medical history and findings to the veterinarian of the Breeders’ choosing. The Breeder will also have the right, to which the Buyer fully agrees, to have the dog evaluated by a veterinarian of the Breeders’ choosing. If it is conclusive that there is a serious hereditary condition and that this condition could not have been avoided, the buyer is entitled to a replacement of a dog of equal value when the dog with its’ ASCA registration papers is returned to the Breeder; or by mutual agreement, if the Buyer wishes to keep the dog, the Breeder will provide a partial refund of the purchase price upon proof that the dog has been neutered or spayed.
It is the Buyers responsibility to prevent illness and injury by providing necessary booster vaccinations, veterinary care, nutrition, fresh water, shelter and supervision. Guarantee does not cover communicable diseases.
